  This is the best shop for gifts and novelties. The staff were absolutely lovely, very helpful and told you where everything was and what was around. Would definitely go there again.

  Great gift shop and so much more! A treasure trove to explore - everything from fairy tale creatures, Christmas decorations, medieval knights and dragons, to nautical maps, watches and jewellery! Could spend much time here, and still discover more each visit. Something for everyone - and a coffee shop too!

  Great store but the older lady was so rude and demeaning to me after I asked about a mug and saucer set that said musical on the box and I asked did it play music and she replied as if I was an idiot " where could it play music from?" I replied I thought it may have a wind up on the bottom of the saucer, she snapped " how do you wash it then? I just replied " I was only asking" and walked away. When she realised how rude she had been she walked after me saying Oh it would be a good idea though and then tried doing small talk with me. Well note to owner, we were a party of 4 who would have spent money in your store but on principle did not as how dare your rude staff belittle your customers.

  Nice cafe inside, great atmosphere and impressive building, not as much inside as before, but it has a much better layout.

  It seemed a bit of trouble when I asked to see something in a cabinet and counter service was pretty impersonal compared to what I remember from the Reliquaire of old. Not much Christmas cheer at all. Lovely new shop though
